Irish Spring Update

Well, the folks over at Irish Spring finally got back with me. It seems they just don't give a rip about my experience and decided not to divulge their extent of testing.

Here's what they did do:
Substitute my country of origin for some other country "over there"
Ignore my use of the English language and assume I don't "Hable"
Assume that if this guy's from "over there", Hong Kong and Japan speak the same language; the language of non-English

Here's the response:

Well let me just say, Laura, when it comes to customer service, you've dropped the soap.

So, the question now is, "Do I pursue this matter and inform Irish Spring that they dropped the soap on this one" or let it go and focus my attention on new posts?
