A Hater's Karma

One of my least favorite places in the world is Alaska. It's really too bad, cause Alaska did nothing to me. It's those damn Wanna-Be's and Use-To-Be's that I really hate. I'm sure you've ran into them. Hell, the majority of the people who read this Blog know the ones that piss me off the most!

So, after my exposure to these morons, I took a stance on Alaska that was just unfair. I hated it. I hated Alaska and everyone that was from Alaska. I heard so Eff'ing much about Alaska, that it turned my stomach to hear one more word about the joint.

My Old Buddy Matay was all set to head to Alaska, but at damn-near the last minute of leaving Korea, his assignment to Alaska was changed to Virginia. Its cool though, cause Virginia's for lovers, so I hear, and I also didn't want to lump my man Matay in with the rest of those Alaskan losers that don't belong there.

So, after a few months here in Japan, when the war in Iraq was in full swing, I found out, much to my chagrin, where I was needed most; Mudda-Grabbin' Alaska. Why? To make water for the troops that were building a road through Annette Island. What is this project called? Operation Alaskan Road. Yup, they thought long and hard over that one I bet.
