Back in the Motherland

Ok, so we made it, despite a delay in Iwakuni. The dogs breezed through customs and are being boarded on base. We found a pretty decent house and hope to get the keys this week (when our stuff arrives, only Buddha knows.)

We are borrowing a car from an old friend and co-worker, thanks R.J.! Mrs. Slim and the Slim-lings are all happy to be back in Japan, as am I. Life is good and has the potential to get better and better; we just gotta end this homeless thing.

I'll have some pics up as soon as I can get a wireless connection for my laptop and ditch this public computer.

Later all,
Tokyo Slim
