Ok, I think I'm gonna give Laura from Irish Spring a break. Besides, I've milked this one for all it's worth. So here is the final installment in the Irish Spring Series.

Thank you for contacting us with your question. Your interest in our company and our products is greatly appreciated. You were referred to our Hong Kong office because you in located in Korea and they handle that area. We cannot assist you from here in the U.S. Hence the referral. There, at least, you will be able to obtain a refund for this product. It is corporate policy to refer an international consumer to the nearest Colgate-Palmolive office in an attempt to assist the consumer.

I have passed along your comments regarding the Irish Spring product you contacted us about. And, no, we have not heard of any consumers experiencing similar findings.
